  1. I am reading the heroes of Olympus the blood of Olympus about 500 20cm long and pretty thick there is a whole series it is so AWSOME!!!!!!!! it’s all about the Greek and Roman kids

  2. I have read The Promise by Nicola Davies and I didnt like it very much because it was quite dull and i didnt really enjoy the story.

  3. I have read William and the Missing Masterpiece by Helen Hancocks and I like it because of the bright ,colourful pictures and the words describe the pictures very well. i also enjoyed the story

  4. I like The Promise by Nicola Davies because the pictures
    turn all dull and black then near the end it turns in to nice`bright
    colours and the story has a good message.

  5. I have read Dragon Stew by Steve Smallman it was funny, it had dragons poo in it!!! I also liked it because it was colourful. My favourite character was the Dog and all the vikings got their bottoms burnt!!

  6. We are Book Group 2 at Frome Valley First School, Crossways.

    We are reading Letters from an Alien School Boy. This book is really funny with lots of toilet humour!!!! We love the character name Farteeta : ) LOL

    Although a chapter book, it has lots of pictures with funny captions and labels.

    We would definitely recommend this book to children from 7 years and older.

  7. We are reading ‘Letters from an Alien School Boy’ by R.L. Asquith.

    It is very interesting and funny. You get a lot of excitement! It’s a bit of happiness, a bit of anger and a bit of laughter all rolled into one.

  8. We are reading Mr Skip by Michael Morpurgo. This is a great book because it has good amounts of silly and serious!

  9. We are reading Dogman by Dav Pilkey. This book is really funny and we love the flip-o-rama animation on the corner of the pages!
